Cider Master David H. Cordtz dropped out of the hard cider business in 1999 to begin Sonoma Cider Mill -- a producer of non-alcoholic juices. In less than two years his entire product line was awarded gold and double gold medals at the prestigious 2001 Sonoma County Harvest Fair.
