Calling this cider simply "Harvest Crush" is like calling your Jaguar a nice little car! Get a grip! This is a meticulous blend of gourmet apples and Chardonnay, Cabernet Franc, and Niagara grape juices! Cider was one of Thomas Jefferson's preferred beverages and his own orchards yielded a delightful variety of apples: Hewes Crab, Golden Wilding, and Taliaferro. Virginia cider, a non-alcoholic beverage that he compared to a silky champagne, was his favorite.
